NEVIS BUSINESS CORPORATION FEES STRUCTURE

I. STANDARD SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$2000

The set includes applicable Minimal Government Registration Fee, Certificate of Incorporation, Minutes of the first meeting of Incorporator and Subscriber, Transfer of Subscription Rights, Bylaws, Endorsement Certificate, Articles of Incorporation certified by a Notary Public, Designation and Acceptance of Registered Agent, two blank Share Certificates, a current year Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee.

II. OPTIONAL SERVICES

Legalization by Apostille of a set of copies of principal corporate documents bound together (recommended): US$600

Note. Nevis is a signatory to the Le Hague Convention of October 25, 1961, and therefore the documents of the company can be authenticated via Apostille and automatically legalized in all countries having signed the convention. So, there is no need to provide expensive and time consuming legalization in consular establishments when you are opening bank accounts, setting up a branch, purchasing a real estate property, etc.

Corporate seal: US$150

Nevis IBC Certificate of Good Standing with Apostille: US$900

The document attests that the newly incorporated company actually exists and is in good standing, complying to all requirements of the applicable Nevis laws. Please refer to the section on Certificates of Good Standing for more details.

Mail forwarding address in Nevis (same as the registered office address):US$1,600 p.a.
Note. Additional fees may apply for unusual quantity, weight and frequency of mail forwarding.
The max number of the pieces is 24 per year. Sorry, there will be no refund if we received less or no mail at all. 

III. RENEWAL SERVICES

Ø Government License Fee for the standard authorized capital of 1,000 registered shares without par value: US$220

Ø Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee: US$1500

Ø Annual Compliance Fee: US$100
