Trademark search is a search to find out the availability of the mark for Trademark Registration. 

Generally this search is conducted by attorneys. 

The search is to be conducted Classwise for goods and services. 

Each Class will cost separately. 

The search report along with Legal opinion can be provided within few days.

If the Legal opinion of search report is favourable, we can file the Trademark application with the relevent trademark office. After filling the trademark application, we will forward the application number application copy and filing receipt to you through email. You can also view the same online. The Process of filing trademark application will take few days.

After filling the Trademark application , we will take the necessary steps to remove the official objections raised by the Trademark office. We will also take the necessary steps to counter oppose against opposition filed by any third party. After successfully completing all the Procedures, we will obtain the Registration Certificate and forward the same to you.
