Trademark registration requirements in Sierra Leone:

Ø Power of attorney simply signed.

Ø Design of the trademark in JPEG format in case of a graphical trademark (not required for word mark).

Ø The detaliation of goods and/or services for witch the trademark will be registered or the classes in case they are known. For applications for cotton goods in classed 23, 24, and 25, proof of U.K. registration required

Ø Details of the trademark owner (name, address, registration number, including trading style, if any and sate country of incorporation, if incorporated).

Ø Invoicing details (name, address, fiscal number, registration number). 

Ø Certified copy of priority document in case priority is to be claimed. For U.K. extensions, certified copy of U.K. registration certificate required.
