When do you need document attestation services for use in Mainland China (China Appointed Attesting Officer Services)?

When you are required to provide documentary evidence to prove the authenticity and legality of some acts, matters and documents of legal significance occurring in or originating from Hong Kong to facilitate your civil and business activities in Mainland China, you need a China Appointed Attesting Officer appointed by the PRC Judiciary to prepare and attest the documents for your use in Mainland China.
